Every Fee, Before You Pay
Your package covers the course and the school's Education Visa support. Government fees and textbooks are separate. Here is all of it, so you can work out your full cost before you enroll.

The Immigration range depends on how many extensions you need. These are government fees, the same for ED Visa students at any school.

If you leave Thailand without a re-entry permit, your ED Visa is cancelled. Reinstating it needs new Ministry of Education paperwork and a reinstatement fee of at least 5,000 THB.
Payment and refunds
How You Pay, and What Comes Back
Paying
- The full package is paid upfront, before we submit your application. There are no installments.
- In Thailand, pay by credit or debit card at the school. There is no card surcharge.
- From abroad, pay by international bank transfer. You can send it through Wise or Revolut.
- We do not accept Apple Pay or PayPal. You get an invoice and an official receipt.
Refunds
- If the Ministry of Education rejects your application, you get the package back less 10,000 THB for registration, administration and processing.
- After Ministry approval, there is no refund if an embassy, consulate or Immigration rejects the visa.
- If you choose to withdraw after enrolling, the course fee is not refunded.
- A refund normally takes about 1 to 2 weeks to arrive.
