Thai, Chinese or English, and the duration you want. If you are not sure, say what you need the language for and we will tell you what fits.

A photo of your passport page
The main page with your photo and details. This is what we check eligibility against.

Your Thai entry stamps from the last 2 years
Every one of them. This is the part that actually decides an ED Visa application, so it is better to send them all up front than to find out later.
